Plumbing Technician
Our Plumbing Technicians are the heart of our business. Our Plumbing Technicians are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in both commercial and residential properties. You must also be able to collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other professionals who might be involved in the process. Plumbing Technicians should also be able to communicate effectively with customers, provide cost estimates, and provide a friendly, accommodating experience. Plumbing Apprentice
If our Plumbing Technicians are the heart of our business, our Plumbing Apprentices are the building blocks. Apprentices will ride with a technician every day to observe and gain the hands-on experience they need in order to succeed in their own service van. The job of a Plumbing Apprentice is to hone their skills while providing assistance to our Plumbing Technicians. Plumbing Apprentices are responsible for cutting and assembling pipes in both residential and commercial properties, cleaning water supply and disposal systems, handling tools, cleaning sites, and communicating with customers. You should also feel comfortable with identifying issues in drains and sewers, installing or assembling plumbing fixtures, and providing cost estimates. Nate and Toby had to replace about 30 feet of piping buried between my home and the street today and a pressure regulator valve. They completed the entire job in less than a day. They were polite and courteous and took the time to explain everything during the process. This is the 2nd time my family has used this company and both experiences were top-notch. On top of all this, they also came in at under half of what the other plumbers quoted me for the job. I will be using this company for all further plumbing needs in the future.

I highly recommend this company! We had a leak in an upstairs condo we rent out and it damaged the unit below. They came out quickly and although the initial diagnosis turned out not to be the case they continued to be involved until the issue was resolved. They are very professional and the office staff is wonderful to deal with as well!

Our water heater stopped working and the gas company said it was leaking gas. We received the part since it was under warranty and called 24hr Express Services. Cade came out and was almost certain that was not the reason it wasn't working. He told me to call the company and let them know the actual issue and get the right part. He didn't charge for the diagnosis and wouldn't fix it until he knew that it would be fixed the right way! Two days later we had the correct part and another gentleman came from 24 hr and fixed it! 6 days without hot water can send a person over the edge, but the service we received from 24 hr Express Services was fantastic! We have used them for other issues in the past (outdoor water issues, washing machine and refrigerator).

At 8:15 am on a Tuesday after a Holiday, I called to arrange the installation of a garbage disposal. I was told I would receive a call back when a technician was contacted. I soon received a callback and an install was scheduled for 1 pm the same day! An hour later, I received another call that a technician was available earlier, and to make a long story short, my install was completed by noon! The guy who did the work was Jack Khoury. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He completed the work quickly and perfectly. It's so nice in this time where service often disappoints to have a company over-perform. I heartily recommend these guys and especially Jack.

So around midnight on a Friday night, my water heater inner tank broke. To top it off, my shut off valve to the tank broke also. After spending the next day without water I didn't want to wait for American Home Shield to send someone out. I sent out a quote request and 24 Hour Express Services responded within 10 minutes. I was extremely happy when they said they could come to replace my water heater the same day! The company sent out Eric and he was awesome! Eric is very knowledgeable in his trade, professional and did a great job! He was very kind to my 2-year-old daughter who wanted to watch him work. I'm so glad I called this company and I would recommend them to anyone and hopefully, you'll be lucky enough to have Eric solve your problems!

Just wanna give Michael B. a huge shout out! Michael came into our home clean, on time, and very professional. We had a major clog in our sink and he stayed until the problem was fixed. He took the time to show me how the sink is now draining correctly and before he left he cleaned up all the mess and wipe down the doorknobs! I would welcome him back into our home at any time definitely needs to be praised for what a great job he did today!

I called 4 other 24hr plumbing companies around 730pm and none of them could make it out tonight for an emergency water leak repair that would've left us without water at least till the next day in the afternoon. With a house of 10 folks, we couldn't wait that long to go without water. Technician Dustin showed up less than 30minutes, repaired the busted pipe super-fast without adding unnecessary work. Dustin was professional and provided honest service. The best part, it costed way less than what the other guys quoted to come the next day!! Thanks, Dustin for the awesome work!!

This company is great! I called them out because half of our property was backing up. Nate showed up and was the best service technician, he kept us in the loop of what he was doing and what was going to try out. By far the best service technician we've had. I would totally recommend Nate for any plumbing services.
